4. A written declaration from you that the information in the DMCA Notice is true, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright material or you have permission to act on behalf of the owner;

5. Your physical or electronic signature or authorized representative.

Counter-Notification

If data or activity that you have posted to our www.erospots.info. Has been given a take-down notice, and you feel it is inaccurate, you may file a counter-notification that contains the following details:

1. A clear and precise description of the infringing material or the subject of infringing activity and information adequate to permit the Company to locate where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
